Diesmal wars ein wunderschöner silberfarbener Lack, der 2 Schichten für volle Deckkraft braucht. Da Silber nicht unbedingt meine Lieblingsfarbe ist, wollte ich nicht alle Nägel damit lackieren, also habe ich mich dafür entschieden, die Farbe nur als Highlighter auf Daumen und Ringfinger zu malen. Die restlichen habe ich mit O.P.I.'s - Alpine Snow als Grundfarbe lackiert und anschließend mit einem Kosmetikschwämmchen Essie's - where's my chauffeur? und lapiz of luxury im Ombré (oder Farbverlauf) - Stil aufgetupft. Ombré Designs lassen sich in unzähligen Farbkombis herstellen und haben immer einen tollen Effekt. Als Tüpfelchen auf dem i habe ich noch Manhatten's - Nr. 01 Captain Sparkle aus der Super Nails Playboy Kollektion  als Topcoat verwendet.Weil das "nackte" Silber dann doch zu fad war, habe ich noch mit meinem Konad Stamping Set ein paar schwarze Schneesterne und auf der anderen Hand normale Sterne mit (ich glaube) einer Essence Stempel-Schablone aufgestempelt.
This time its a beautiful silver-colored polish that needs 2 coats for full opacity. Since silver is not necessarily my favorite color, I did not want to paint all the nails with it, so I have decided to paint the color only as a highlighter on the thumb and ring finger. The rest I've been using OPI's - Alpine Snow as a base color and then with a cosmetic sponge I dabbed Essie's - where's my chauffeur? and lapiz of luxury in ombré-style on it. Ombré designs can be produced in countless color combinations and always have a great effect. As icing on the cake I used Manhatten's - No. 01 Captain Sparkle from the Super Nails Playboy collection as a top coat. Because the "naked" silver but was too bland, I stamped with my Konad Stamping Set a pair of black snow stars and normal stars on the other hand with (I think) an Essence stamping plate.

Heute ein helles neon Pink... Für mich ist das eher eine Sommerfarbe und deshalb ist mir auch gar nichts weihnachtliches damit eingefallen. Deswegen ein einfaches Design im Moon-Manicure Look. Um das Neon-Pink noch ein wenig abzuschwächen, habe ich als zweite Farbe Essie's - Parka Perfect aus der aktuellen Winterkollektion gewählt. Damit habe ich ca. zwei Drittel des Nagels lackiert, um anschließend mit Hilfe eines Stripers und des Lackpinsels die ausgelassen Fläche ausgefüllt. Danach wars noch ein bisschen fad, also habe ich mit einem dünnen Striper noch einen zusätzlichen Streifen darüber gemalt. Darin bin ich echt noch nicht gut, vor allem bei der rechten Hand tu ich mir schwer. Aber ich glaube auch hier macht Übung den Meister und deshalb geb ich nicht auf! Top Coat drauf, auch um die Linien zu "smoothen" - Fertig!
Today, a bright neon pink ... For me, this is more of a summer color and therefore I couldn't get something Christmassy out it. Therefore, I used a simple moon manicure design. To weaken the neon effect a little, I chose Essie's - Perfect Parka from the current winter collection as second color. So I painted about two-thirds of the nail with the help of a stripers and the the nail laquers brush and filled out the rest with the neon pink. After that, it was still a bit bland, so I've been using a thin striper to paint an additional strip about it. I'm really not good in drawing lines freehand , especially with my right hand I do me hard. But I think also practice makes perfect, so I will not give up! Top Coat on it, smooth out the lines - done!
