Better later than never - Valentine's nails! :)

Hello lovlies!

Today I want to show you something I did for Valentine's day, which is nearly a month ago. But who cares!
Actually, I wore this design some days before Valentine's day. On Valentine's day I did a more vampy design, which I didn't take pics of, because my fingers are in a real bad shape at the moment.
The cold weather really tortures my hands and cuticles and I don't want you to see them in such a bad condition.
However, let's take a look!

I looove soft pink shades and I love the nail shape I had back then. As I said in my last post, I really like my nails long, but they are not very handy, so they don't stay long very long...
Anyways, here they were incredibly lovely, don't you think?

Used polishes:
Essie- lovie dovie, romper room, bottle service, dj play that song
China Glaze - friends forever right?
Smitten Polish - Harolds Crayon
Glisten & Glow - HK Girl Top Coat

When you zoom in on those pics you can see the holo shimmer of Harolds Crayon, this is such a lovely color and an awesome holo polish, I use rather often! Please don't look at my dry skin tho... :)
I decided to pair romper room and friends forever, right? because I think they fit so well together, if you want a soft combination like this. The only downside of these two is, that they need three coats to get this opaque, so it's not recommendable to do a multi-layered nailart over these colors.
For the hearts, I simply dotted them with a small dotting tool, which isn't too complicated, but it turned out better on the right hand than the left.

I have to smile everytime I see the different sized pics... I haven't figured out a proper way to edit the pics yet, but I'm learning and I think the quality counts more than the size of the pics... HAHA.

Ok, ladies, what do think?

    1. I too saw similar designs everywhere and was instantly hooked, so, if you try let me know I want to see! Oh, and the other design you commented on tumblr, will be on the blog at the end of march, because this was part of a challenge I take part, and I will do a roundup post, as soon as its over!
